It is located on the left side near the common area (entrance with kitchen).

It’s the last room along the corridor.

It’s a quadruple room with a double bed and a bunk bed.

RULES

Rebecca, Pamela and Ambrosiano are happy to host you, hereby some simple rules to follow. The rules to be observed in the B&B are not only those requested by the law, but above all those dictated by common sense and mutual respect.

Your stay at the Bed and Breakfast

The B&B is a private apartment in which some bedrooms and the use of some common spaces are made available to guests. This accommodation service, offered by those hosts living in the apartment, is carried out on an occasional basis, and includes breakfast and follows a normal family’s organization.
Booking
The booking method When booking the room, a deposit is required to guarantee the booking. The procedures for paying the deposit will be communicated to you via email confirming availability. You will then be sent confirmation of your reservation with a description of all the services offered and included in the price.

Check in

The rooms will be available from 12.00 to 14.00, unless otherwise required by our guests. Since the B & Bs are small family-run establishments, there is no reception desk available at all times of the day as is the case for hotels, so please call us and let us know the expected time of arrival at least 24 hours before your arrival. Arriving to the B&B without having advised about your arrival time can cause waiting and this misunderstanding cannot be a reason for complaints. Upon arrival at the B&B, it is necessary to deliver a valid identification document (passport, identity card or driving license), necessary for the registrations required by current legislation. The information of our guests is treated in accordance with the current privacy legislation. Once you have registered, you will be asked for the balance of the stay. Payment must be made in cash, the B&B in fact (it is not authorized to accept credit cards.) According to the law, the B&B, being a no commercial activity, is not required to issue any invoice. To prove your payment, we can issue a receipt stating the amount and details of your stay. Then you will be shown to your room that is assigned to you and the common areas at your disposal. You will also be given the keys to the room which you will have to return at the time of your departure (be careful not to lose the keys, their replacement costs € 15.00 and in case of loss the amount will be fully charged to you). Inside our B&B, for reasons of Public Safety, access to other people besides registered guests is prohibited at any time. Early departures are damaging because they do not allow us to have the time necessary to be contacted and therefore have new guests for the room that is freed, therefore the amount paid will not be refunded.

Check out

On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated strictly by 10.00 at the latest to allow staff to clean. Of course guests can continue to stay in the common areas, if they want they can continue their visit or shopping and leave their luggage with us at the B&B. Different times must necessarily be agreed.

Breakfast and Room Cleaning

Breakfast times are between 08.30 and 10.00. The change of the bed linen is done every 3 days and at every guest change. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is carried out at alternate days, between 10.00 and 13.30, excluding Sundays and holidays. Please arrange your personal belongings to allow for us to clean the rooms. (Please note: to protect the environment, we at B&B gli Ulivi, in collaboration with our kind guests, have decided to limit the damage caused by pollution, therefor we will not be sending clean towels to wash. We would be grateful if you would leave on the floor only dirty towels that need to be replaced).

Possible Damages

If the guests cause damage to the structure or to the accessories belonging to the rooms assigned to them or to any other part of the structure, they are obliged to immediately notify the owner and after the necessary enquiries will be charged for the related costs due to the damage done.

Smoke, alcohol, and usage of drugs

Smoking is absolutely not allowed inside the rooms and bedrooms. It is forbidden to introduce alcohol and drugs into the B&B. The observance of these simple rules are required in order to protect those who do not smoke (all of us) or those who will come after you, as well as a rule for fire prevention.

Peace and tranquility

In accordance with the B&B regulation and the municipal police regulations, silence must be observed in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and from 23.00 to 08.00. Running, screams, loud talking and shouting are unacceptable behavior on the whole Bed & Breakfast property.

Other bans and rules

It is our concern to inform you that our rooms do not have a safe for the safekeeping of valuables, therefore we invite you not to leave any valued objects unattended in the bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
It is strictly forbidden to receive visits and additional guests other than those staying there. Any visits must be previously agreed.
We recommend a correct and civil use of the toilets, avoiding throwing anything in the W.C. (please use the appropriate baskets). It is also recommended to turn off the lights and air conditioners whenever you leave the room.
Please do not use your room for purposes other than accommodation.
It is forbidden to consume food in the room and turn on your own stove or other electrical devices.
Before confirming the reservation by email, we invite all our guests to read our Internal Regulations and to highlight their acceptance in writing.
Therefor all bookings, even those without having read the rules and regulations and acceptance confirmation, will be considered compliant with the others with Consent.
